Florence Nightingale Home Foundation and the Order of the Eastern Star donate $4,000 |

On Tuesday, November 8, 2005 the Directors of the Florence Nightingale Home Foundation and members of the Order of the Eastern Star gathered to present Lakeridge Health Whitby with a cheque for $4,000. Accepting on behalf of Lakeridge Health Whitby, was Site Coordinator, Carol Anderson. The Florence Nightingale Home Foundation is one of the Benevolent arms of the Order of the Eastern Star in Ontario, although the Foundation is a separately Chartered Corporation. During the Foundation’s 2005-2006 fiscal year, five hospitals will receive a total of approximately $20,000 in donations |
