On November 22,2007 Lakeridge Health Whitby Foundation hosted a breakfast featuring Thomas Caldwell. During the extremely successful event Mr. Caldwell pledged to meet all donations up to $25,000. Thanks to the gererosity of Mr. Steve Chandler of T.T.R. Transport, the Regional Dialysis Program was able to purchase a new Dialysis Machine. T.T.R. Transport has been in operation for the past 20 years. Scotiabank held a successful golf tournament on September 14, 2004. The tournament raised $16,000 for the Lakeridge Health Regional Dialysis Program.
